Wilda Ann “Woodie” (Hepner) Hogbin, age 78, of Petersburg, WV passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Grant Memorial Hospital.

Wilda was born on December 24,1942 in Moorefield, WV and was a daughter of the late Curtis Hepner and Rea (Cleaver) Hepner. In addition to her parents, Wilda was preceded in death by one sister, Judy (Hepner) Judy.

Wilda is survived by her husband of 60 years, Carl D. Hogbin II. One son, Monty D. (Paula) Hogbin of Maysville, WV; one daughter, Carla D. (David) Mongold of Dorcas, WV; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Greta (Lee) Lehman of Moorefield, WV; two brothers, Curtis Hepner Jr. of Enfield, CT, and John M. (Becky) Hepner of Ooltewah, TN and several nieces and nephews.

Wilda was a graduate of Moorefield High School. Wilda was a former owner and operator of Woodie’s Bouquet in Petersburg, WV for several years. She was a member of Baker Rocks United Methodist Church.

Because of covid-19……. all services will be private.
