Thomas Wayne Hedrick

Thomas Wayne Hedrick, age 25, of Maysville, WV died Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at home.

He was the son of Megan (David) Goldizen of Petersburg, WV and Leroy (Kim) Hedrick II of Maysville, WV.

 In addition to his parents, Thomas is also survived by a special cousin, Maliyah Hyre (also Known as Little Sis); one uncle, Benjamin W. Hyre of Hazelton, WV; his paternal grandparents, Leroy and Linda Hedrick of Maysville, WV; his maternal grandfather, Roy Hyre of Petersburg, WV; three half -brothers, R. J. Moore, Michael Tavenner and Wayne Tavenner and his trusty side kick, Onery, his dog.

Thomas was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Judith L. Hyre in 2021 and his uncle Stanley Thomas Hedrick in 1971.

Thomas enjoyed his jeep, friends and his 4-wheeler. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Thomas loved to play in the mud with his Jeep.  He could also be found in the Tow truck with his dad and Pap Leroy.  He would also come and spend time with his mom so he could visit and pick on Little Sis, Maliyah.

To honor his wishes, Thomas' body will be cremated.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the Petersburg Church of God with Pastor Stephen Noel officiating.
