Sharon Rogers Obituary

Sharon Lee (Whitlock) Rogers, age 74 of Petersburg, WV passed away at her log cabin home on Monday, September 26, 2022. Sharon was born February 14, 1948 in Baltimore, MD and was the daughter of the late Ray W. Whitlock and Shirley L. (Whitezell) Whitlock.

Sharon is survived by her husband, T. Michael Rogers of Petersburg; her sons, Ralph Lee Borror Jr. (Gloria) of Middleburg, VA and Michael Allen Borror (Rachel) of Ponca city, Oklahoma and two grandsons, Jacob Borror and Lex Wymore.

Sharon was a graduate of Petersburg High School class of 1967. She worked numerous jobs over the years including The Seneca Theatre and Petersburg Pizza Hut. She retired from Grant Memorial Hospital in 2014.

Sharon's hobbies and passions included cooking, fishing and interacting with her two grandsons. She made friends of all age groups easily and those connections lasted a lifetime. She will be greatly missed by all.

There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
