Roy Evans Obituary

Roy William Evans, age 61 of Petersburg, WV passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at his home.

Roy was born on December 22, 1960 in Petersburg, WV and was a son of the late Adam Kee Evans and Betty Louise (Whetzel) Evans. In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Anthony Evans.

Roy is survived by one son, Roy Brandon Evans of Petersburg, WV

Timothy Evans of Maysville, WV
Randy Evans of Lahmansville, WV
Larry (Beth) Evans of Cabins, WV

Roy attended Petersburg High School. Roy was a sawyer for Kessel Lumber Company for several years and later was a poultry grower, He enjoyed the outdoors and was a hunter.

Roy’s body was given to the West Virginia Human Gift Registry in Morgantown, WV.
