Robert "Bob" Judy

Robert Lahman “Bob” Judy, age 80,  of Petersburg, WV passed away Tuesday,   October 1, 2019 at his home. 

Bob was born December 29, 1938 in Upper Tract, WV and was the son of the late Herbert Edwin Judy and Velma Marie “Patsy” (Lahman) Judy. 

Bob is survived by his wife of 57 years, Glenna (Thorne) Judy

One son – Richard “Rick” Judy and wife Stacy of Petersburg, WV

One daughter – Stephanie Judy of Petersburg, WV  

Six grandchildren  -  R. J. Judy, Caleb Judy, Chantz Judy, Lucas Greenwalt, Mackenzy Greenwalt and Hailey Greenwalt

Four  step grandchildren  -  Billy Hendrix, Ethan Hendrix, Jonathan Hedrick and Elisabeth Hedrick

Five great grandchildren  -    Ivan Judy, Zamir Judy, Kameron Judy, Jade Judy and Gracelyn Judy 

Three step great grandchildren  -    William Hendrix, Emma Hendrix and Alyssa Hendrix 

Bob was employed at the former Joe’s Market and Allied Egry in Petersburg and later American Woodmark.  Bob was a member of Brake Church of the Brethren at Dorcas, WV.   

Family will receive friends Thursday  5:00 PM  -  8:00 PM  at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg. 

Funeral service will be Friday, October 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Brake Church of the Brethren with Pastor Craig Howard officiating.  Burial will be in the Brake Cemetery, Dorcas, WV.
