Michael W. Hedrick

Michael Worth Hedrick, age 64 of Petersburg, WV passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV.

Mike was born on November 11, 1959 in Harrisonburg, Virginia and was a son of Patricia Ann (Rohrbaugh) Hedrick of Franklin, WV and the late John Worth Hedrick.

In addition to Mike’s father, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, John Wayne Hedrick and a half- brother, John Paul Hedrick.

Mike is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann (Crites) Hedrick

 Three brothers:  Kenneth Hedrick of Franklin, WV

                            Charles Hedrick and wife, Renee of Franklin, WV

                            William P. Hedrick of Upper Tract, WV

  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

 Mike was a 1979 graduate of Franklin High School.  He was an employee of American Woodmark Corp and later Pilgrim’s Pride in Moorefield until his illness. Mike was a member of Upper Tract United Methodist Church. 

   Mike’s family will receive family and friends Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 5:00  – 7:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg. 

 Funeral service will be Monday, October 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home with the Rev. David Webb officiating.  Interment will follow in the Cherry Hill Cemetery, Upper Tract, WV.
