Lowell T. Berg

Lowell Thomas Berg, age 71, of Maysville, WV passed away Monday, July 25, 2022 at his home.  He was born on August 26, 1950 in Maysville, WV and was a son of the late Arlie T. Berg and Lottie (Nesselrodt) Berg. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Rev. Glenden Berg and two sisters, Juanita Berg and Wanda Rexrode. 

Lowell is survived by his wife of 52 years, Emma Sue (Miller) Berg; two sons, Jeffery Thomas Berg (Amanda) of Moorefield, WV and Michael Steven Berg of Maysville, WV; one grandson, Austin Thomas Berg; two sisters, Lenora Groves (Marcus) of Hubbard, Ohio and Alma Shillingburg of Petersburg, WV; three brothers, Leonard Berg of Maysville, WV, Leo Berg (Darlene) of Ferrum, VA and Donald Berg of Fayetteville, NC and several nieces and nephews.

Lowell and his wife traveled to several countries, Russia, Brazil, France, Japan, Bosnia, Germany, Mexico, Kazakhstan and Africa where he worked as a contractor.  He was an avid hunter and enjoyed singing and playing his guitar.

Honoring his wishes, Lowell will be cremated and there will be no services.
