Obituary
Louella Mae Sites, age 79 of Petersburg, WV passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Cortland Acres Nursing Home, Thomas, WV.
Louella was born on March 14, 1944 in Petersburg, WV and was a daughter of the late Abraham Lincoln Sites and Edna Ruth (Crites) Sites.
Louella is survived by one son, Stephen A. Sites and wife Ruth of Petersburg, WV, one grandson, Brett A. Sites and wife Cassidy of Morgantown, WV; two great grandsons, Spencer Sites and Tyler Sites; one sister, Isabella Frances “Frankie” Mallow and husband Ervin of Maysville, WV; one brother, Estel Sites and wife Carolyn of Petersburg, WV. Also surviving nieces and nephews.
Louella was a 1962 graduate of Petersburg High School. She was a member of Grove Street United Methodist Church in Petersburg. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
To honor Louella’s wishes her body will be cremated and a memorial service will be scheduled later.
