Katherine Janine Hagerty, age 59, of 66 Sassafras Drive, Lahmansville, WV passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born April 25, 1955 in Crafton, PA and was a daughter of the late James Augustine McGregor and Vera (Dowler) McGregor.
Mrs. Hagerty was employed by the Grant County Preschool and Carl's Deli in Petersburg, WV. She was a member of the Lahmansville United Methodist Church.
Janine is survived by her husband of 35 years, William D. Hagerty; two sons, Nathaniel (Emma) Hagerty of Lahmansville, WV, Kevin Hagerty of Lahmansville, WV and one daughter, Erin Hagerty of Chicago, IL and one granddaughter, Ally Hagerty; one sister, Linda (George) Lowe of Philadelphia, PA; one brother, Kenneth (Lori) McGregor of Pittsburgh, PA.
Family will receive family and friends Saturday 6-8 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Funeral service will be Sunday, April 26, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lahmansville United Methodist Church with Rev. Roger A. Harrison Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Lahmansville Cemetery.
