Joshua T. Goldizen

Joshua Tyler Goldizen, age 34 of Martinsburg, WV and formerly of Petersburg, WV died on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at his residence.

Josh was born on December 19, 1986 in Harrisonburg, VA and was a son of Wayne Goldizen and Sharon (Hines) Goldizen of Petersburg, WV.

In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by his daughter, Savannah Goldizen of Maysville, WV; one brother, Jeff (Sandi) Goldizen of Lahmansville, WV; three nephews, Adam Goldizen, Andrew Goldizen and Aaron Goldizen; one niece, Amber Miller; several aunts and uncles, Bill and Carolyn Goldizen of Petersburg, WV and Jerry Goldizen of Petersburg, WV, Thad Ours of Petersburg, WV, Phil Carr of Maysville, WV, Hilda and Curtis Mauzy of Petersburg, WV, Wayne and Betty Hines of Petersburg, WV, Clyde and Eileen Hines of Maysville, WV, George and Rose Hines of Petersburg, WV and Gary and Sabrina Hines of Petersburg, WV; several cousins. 

Josh was preceded in death by Paternal grandparents, Kelly and Elva Lee Goldizen and  Maternal Grandparents, Virgil and Vina Hines;  Two Aunts, Nancy Goldizen Ours and Donna Goldizen Carr.

Josh attended Petersburg High School Class of 2005.   He was employed with Rust-Oleum Distributing Center in Martinsburg, WV. 

Josh loved spending time with his daughter, Savannah.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing. 

Graveside Service will be Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the North Mill Creek Cemetery, Dorcas, WV with Pastor Rick Bergdoll officiating.
