Donnie L. Keplinger

Donnie Lee Keplinger, age 75 of Petersburg, WV passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 at his home.

Donnie was born November 22, 1945 in Fort Ashby, WV and was a son of the late Guy Ullysus Keplinger and Nellie May (Groves) Keplinger.  In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Paul Keplinger and two sisters, Annabelle Varner and Betty Jean Keplinger.

Donnie is survived by his wife Adeline “Addy” (Mongold) Keplinger; one sister, Clara May Kiddy of Parkersburg, WV and one brother, Elwood Keplinger of Petersburg, WV.

Donnie worked for Pilgrims Pride and attended Rough Run Church of the Brethren. 

Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.

Please be prepared to adhere to all CDC guidelines concerning face coverings and maintain social distancing.

Funeral service will be Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 11 AM at Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Church and Rev. Randy Mongold officiating.  Interment will be in the Mongold Family Cemetery, Rough Run, WV.
