Chester Henry Koneful

Chester Henry Koneful, age 100, of Maysville, WV died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at his home.  He was born on December 6, 1918 in Camden, New Jersey and was a son of the late Wojchieh Konefal and Rosa Lee (Bojarski) Konefal.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Koneful was preceded in death by his wife, Cecilia (Vickers) Koneful in 2001; one son, Michael Koneful, five sisters and one brother. 

Mr. Koneful was a veteran of the United States Army Airforce 596 Squadron during World War II.  He retired from the Campbell Soup Company in Camden, New Jersey.

Mr. Koneful is survived by three sons, Robert C. (Jean) Koneful of South Bend, Indiana, Chester H. Koneful, Jr. and Thomas Koneful both of New Jersey; ninegrandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; one sister, Annie Gick of New Jersey. 

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, WV with the Rev. Lynn Rohrbaugh officiating.

Interment will be in the Maysville Cemetery.
