Charles Elwood Kesner, age 76, of Petersburg, WV passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at his home. He was born July 24, 1942 in Petersburg, WV and was the son of the late Rebecca Kesner.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg. Funeral service will follow Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. with the Rev. Leon Hevener officiating.
Burial will be private in North Mill Creek Cemetery, Dorcas, WV.
