Brian K. McUlty

Brian Keith McUlty, age 57 of Petersburg, WV died Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at his home. He was born on October 8, 1966 in Washington, D.C. and was a son of the late Wilbur Curtis McUlty and Frances Marie (Cook) McUlty. In addition to his parents, Brian was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Curtis McUlty. 

Brian is survived by one son, Trevor McUlty of Cumberland, MD; three daughters, Breanne Dolan (Matt) of Moorefield, WV; Shaleena McUlty of Maysville, WV and Alexis McUlty of Cumberland, MD; three grandchildren, Camryn Tawney, Joseph Dolan and Payton Dean-Rohrbaugh; two sisters, Deborah Berg (Ronnie) of Petersburg, WV and Sally Winebrenner (Ed) of Cabins, WV and several nieces and nephews.  Also, his best friend, his dog Chomper. 

Brian served in the United States Army for four years. He was a diesel mechanic, truck driver and boilermaker. He enjoyed skiing and riding his motorcycle. He was a loyal friend and always there to help others. He was loved and will be remembered by many.  

A Military Memorial Service will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 3 PM at Petersburg First Baptist Church with Pastor Frank Ketterman. Military Honors will be accorded by Grant County Veterans Honor Guard and West Virginia Army Honor Guard.
