Alice White Obituary

Alice Dolores (Cosner) White, age 91, of Mount Storm, WV passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg, WV.

Alice was born on February 18, 1930 in Bismarck, WV and was a daughter of the late Marvin Cosner and Gladys (Kitzmiller) Cosner. In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth B. White on March 14, 2014; two brothers, Dale Cosner and Vernon Cosner and an infant sister.

Alice is survived by her daughter, Lora (Danny) Mitters of Mt. Storm, WV; two grandchildren, Cassie (Fred) Vandevander of Petersburg, WV and Cody (Brittany) Mitters of Upper Tract, WV; two great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Frances Cosner and Norma Cosner both of Bayard, WV; several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Locust Grove Church of the Brethren.

Services and burial will be private and she will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Cosner-Likens Family Cemetery in Bismarck.
