Theodore High Obituary
Theodore Love "Ted" High, age 84, formerly of Old Fields, WV died Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV where he has resided since April 2002.
Mr. High was born December 15, 1933 in Purgitsville, WV and was a son of the late Clarence Upton High and Effie (Miller) High.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Ruby Opal Dent, Myrtle Mae Smith, Nellie Ryan and infant Mabel Catherine High; one brother, Clarence Maxwell High.
Mr. High is survived by one sister, Dorothy Marie (High) Sherman of Bowling Green, VA, formerly of Petersburg, WV and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, 1:00 p.m. (April 13, 2018) at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg with Pastor Brenda Shreve officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
Burial will follow in the Olivet Cemetery, Moorefield, WV.
