Martha Coffman Obituary
Martha Frances Coffman, age 81, of Petersburg, WV died Monday, May 15, 2017 at her residence. She was born March 5, 1936 in Smoke Hole, WV and was the daughter of the late Lester Marvin Self and Zernie Ethel (Judy) Self Reed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Robert Glenn Coffman, Sr., one sister, Zola Susan Self and one infant grandson, Christopher L. Coffman.
Mrs. Coffman retired from Advantage Foods in Petersburg, WV.
Mrs. Coffman is survived by one daughter, Donna "Susie" Walp and husband Larry of Petersburg, WV; three sons, Robert Glenn Coffman, Jr. of Maysville, WV, Nicholas Coffman of Dayton, Ohio and Richard Coffman of Maysville, WV; eight grandchildren, Amy Urich, Jennifer Gavette, Robin Urich, Lance Walp, Lacey Walp, Ashley Johnson, Desiree Johnson and Amethyst Marsh; fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; half sister, Rosalie Wratchford of Petersburg, WV; two half brothers, Stanley Reed of Moorefield, WV and Minor Reed of Petersburg, WV.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Thorne officiating. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. till time of service at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Burial will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery, Petersburg, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family, c/o Donna and Larry Walp, 10 North Avenue, Petersburg, WV 26847.
