Lori Ann Evans Moreland, age 46, of Dorcas, WV passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018.
She was born November 15, 1971 in Petersburg, WV and was the daughter of Dorsey L. Evans Sr. and Norma (Alt) Evans of Dorcas, WV.
Lori attended Petersburg High School. She was previously employed by Potomac Highlands Guild, American Woodmark and Pilgrim's Pride.
Along with her parents, Dorsey and Norma Evans, Lori is survived by one son, Virgil "Bud" (Christine) Moreland III of Mt Storm, WV; one daughter, Julie Ann (Adam) Reel of Petersburg, WV; four grandchildren, Abigail and Natalie Moreland, Marley Evans and Payton Reel; two step grandchildren; two sisters, Connie (Davey) Borror of Dorcas, WV, Judy ("Jed") McDonald of Dorcas, WV and one brother, Dorsey (Deb) Evans, Jr. of Petersburg, WV and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Craig Howard officiating. Burial will follow at the Sites Cemetery on Elkhorn Road, Dorcas, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, c/o Dorsey & Norma Evans, 330 Arnold Road, Petersburg, WV 26847
