Annabelle Fouts Obituary
Annabelle Lee (Berg) Fouts, age 83, of Maysville, WV passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at her home.
She was born March 8, 1934 in Maysville, WV and was a daughter of the late Kermit Frederick Berg and Bessie Mae (Weimer) Berg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter DeeAnn Fouts; four brothers, Robert O. Berg, Ronald P. Berg and two infant brothers, Otha Berg and John Edward Berg; two sisters, Virginia Berg Goldizen and infant Arlena Berg.
Mrs. Fouts was a Registered Nurse and retired from John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She was a member of the Jordan Run Church of the Brethren.
Mrs. Fouts is survived by her husband of 53 years, David W. Fouts, one son, David Frederick Fouts and wife Carrie of Laytonville, CA and one daughter, Amy Lynn Wampler and husband Jay of San Diego, CA; one grandson Kermit Roscoe Fouts; one brother, Ralph F. Berg and wife Sue of Mechanicsville, VA; four sisters, Jean Rohrbaugh, Naomi Shaffer, Erma Moyers and husband John, Ruth Smith and husband Alan, all of Maysville, WV; two sisters-in-law, Thomasine Berg and Darlene Berg of Maysville, WV and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home Chapel with her brother, Ralph F. Berg officiating.
Interment will follow in the Kermit Berg Family Cemetery on Jordan Run Road, Maysville, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fouts Family, c/o David W. Fouts, 8008 Jordan Run Road, Maysville, WV.
