Mary S. (Bell) Weese

Mary Sheila Weese, age 66 of Cabins, WV died Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV.

Mrs. Weese was born February 2, 1953 in Baltimore, MD and was a daughter of the late Howard Mitchell Bell, Jr. and Mary Annie (Alexander) Bell.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Weese was preceded in death by her husband, Rodger Orland Weese on June 21, 2006 and two brothers, Michael Bell and Phillip Bell.

Mrs. Weese is survived by three daughters, Rodnell Lee of Reedsville, WV,  Mary Sheila Weese of Pigeon Forge, TN and Nina Nesselrodt of Moorefield, WV; step son, Roger Weese of Abingdon, MD, thirteen grandchildren,  including Timothy Shockey and Casandra Shockey whom she raised;  sixteen great grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Sturgis of Cabins, WV; five brothers, John Bell of Baltimore, MD, Patrick Bell of Baltimore, MD, Francis Bell of Portland, Oregon, Lawence Bell of Lusby, MD and Edward Bell of Coral Springs, FL.

Mrs. Weese was formerly a Certified Nursing Assistant at  E. A. Hawse Nursing and  Rehabilitation Center in Baker, WV and Grant County Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg.  She attended the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints in Petersburg, WV. 

Per Mrs. Weese’s wishes, her body will be cremated and services will be private.
