Louretta F. Huffman

Louretta Faye Huffman, age 80, of Petersburg, WV passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg, WV.

Mrs. Huffman was born July 28, 1938 in Smoke Hole, WV and was a daughter of the late Obed B. Kimble and Vergie (Landes) Kimble.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Huffman was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert H. Huffman on March 8, 2019; two sisters, Ina Gladys “Glad”  Whetzel and Rosetta “Rose” Hartman; seven brothers, Richard “Rich” Kimble, Raymond  “Berk” Kimble, Harlan “Hun” Kimble, Donald “Joe” Kimble, Obed “Gabe” Kimble, Bobby “Bob”  Kimble and Roy “Nip” Kimble. 

Mrs. Huffman is survived by one sister, Hilda “Sis” Rohrbaugh of Maysville, WV and one brother, Eston “Bud” Kimble and wife Mary of Arthur, WV and several nieces and nephews.  She was a member of Potomac Valley Baptist Church in Maysville, WV.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, from noon till 1:00 PM at Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.   Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 7, 2019 with Pastor Ted Anderson officiating.  Interment will be in Lahmansville Cemetery.
