Vada Kimble Keplinger

Vada Mae (Kimble) Keplinger, age 77, of Lahmansville, WV departed this life on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at her home.
She was born September 28, 1938 in Smoke Hole, WV and was a daughter of the late Charles Harrison Kimble and Susan Gemimia (Shirk) Kimble.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Ray Keplinger on October 18, 1992; an infant grandson, Jason Dale Sponaugle; and one sister, Sally Kimble; three nephews, Carl Sherman Jr., Orville Bradley Cook and Barry " Clyde" Cook and two infant nieces.

Mrs. Keplinger was a homemaker and Baptist by Faith.

Vada is survived by two sons, Vance Keplinger of Lahmansville, WV and Eugene (Dee Dee) Keplinger of Lahmansville, WV; four daughters, Madeline McAvoy of Old Fields, WV, Anna (Ronnie) Crites of Moorefield, WV; Sharey (Eber Dale) Sponaugle of Circleville, WV and Mildred Louise Keplinger of Lahmansville, WV; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; four sisters, Audrey Jean Crites of Moorefield, WV, Dottie (Harlan) Shirk of Moorefield, WV, Rose (Carl) Sherman of Moorefield, WV and Barbara Sue (Willis "Buck") Thorne of Moorefield, WV; two brothers, Charles "Jack"(Debbie) Kimble and Joseph "Tom" Kimble and friend, Barbara, all of Moorefield, WV; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends Friday, October 2, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. till 8 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Gorby officiating. Interment will follow in the Lahmansville Cemetery, Lahmansville, WV.
