Teddy H. Keplinger

Teddy Herbert Keplinger, age 75, of Maysville, WV passed away Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014 at his home.
He was born August 11, 1939 in Jordan Run, WV and was the son of the late Herbert G. Keplinger and Ellen V. (Goldizen) Keplinger.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie (Kline) Keplinger on July 11, 1998, one son, Jerry W. Keplinger, three brothers, Richard L. Goldizen, Ray J. "Tub" Keplinger and infant Thomas William Keplinger.

Teddy was a logging foreman for Bobby Nesselrodt, owned Teddy's Saw Shop in Maysville and was a self employed contractor for many years. He was an avid sportsman and hunter. He was a member of the Maysville United Methodist Church and an honorary member of the Maysville Volunteer Fire Company.

He is survived by his companion, Pauline Mongold, three sons, Jay Alan Keplinger and wife Debra Ann of Maysville, WV, Randy Herbert Keplinger and wife Cheryl of Maysville, WV, and Terry Layne Keplinger of Maysville, WV and girlfriend, Tammy Kesner of Petersburg, WV; Six grandchildren, Brandon Jay Keplinger, Heather Leshay Keplinger, Amber Lynn Kuh, Benjamin Lee Keplinger, Sierra Danielle Wratchford and John Ryan Keplinger; four great grandchildren, Zakkary Abbott Keplinger, Austin James Kuh, Jase Owen Kuh and Bayden Matthew Wratchford; three brothers, Bobby E. Keplinger of Arthur, WV, Sidney A. Keplinger of Moorefield, WV and Danny L. Keplinger of Maysville, WV; six sisters, Betty M. Weese of Moorefield, WV, Esther V. Malcolm of Moorefield, WV, Darlene N. Lewis of Old Fields, WV, Rosalee Shockey of Roanoke, VA, Wanda M. Judy of Moorefield, WV and Karen S. Thompson of Maysville, WV and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be on Saturday 11 a.m. (Sept. 27, 2014) at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Gerstell and Rev. Roger A. Harrison Sr. officiating.

Interment will be in the Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, WV.
