Seth Looney Obituary
Seth Dalton Looney, age 16 of Maysville, WV went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 09, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family in Momma's arms after a battle with Cerebral Palsy.
He was born March 2, 1998 and was the son of Steven D. Looney and Pamela D. (Thacker) Looney of Maysville, WV
Seth enjoyed attending Maysville and Petersburg Elementary Schools. He also attended Maysville Bible Brethren Church. He loved music, enjoyed singing and bouncing on his therapy ball and throwing his "B" balls, but most of all he loved his Momma holding him and sitting on her lap. He loved everyone and let them know by blowing them a kiss.
Seth was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Leland Looney; maternal grandmother; Bonnie Thacker; maternal great grandmother, Dessie Armes.
Surviving besides his parents, one sister, Sarah Morgan Looney; paternal grandmother, Margaret Ann Looney of Vansant, VA; maternal grandfather, Billy Ray Thacker of Vansant, VA; several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
Family will receive friends Friday 6 - 9 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. (July 12, 2014) at the Maysville Bible Brethren Church, Maysville, WV with Pastor Lynn Durbin, Pastor Rick Bergdoll, Father Giles LeVasseur and Pastor Randy Mongold.
Interment will be in the Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, WV
