Ruth Sites Obituary

Ms. Ruth Sites, age 95, of Petersburg, WV died on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Grant Rehabilitation & Care Center in Petersburg.
She was born July 13, 1921 in Pansy, WV and was a daughter of the late John Russell Sites and Mattie E. (Yokum) Sites.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Audra Sites Alt and Grace Sites Kittleberger; two brothers, John Moomau Sites and Paul Russell Sites. Ruth was the last member of her immediate family.
Ruth was a member of the Memorial Church of the Brethren in Petersburg.

Ruth is survived by one nephew, William C. Kittleberger III and wife Joan of Petersburg, WV; one niece, Suzanne B. (Kittleberger) Cockley and husband David of Harrisonburg, VA; and four great nieces and one great nephew.

Funeral service will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold Cullers officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Petersburg.
