Lawrence W. Westfall

Lawrence Wilson "Larry" Westfall, age 77, of 323 Winchester Avenue, Moorefield, WV passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family under the care of hospice.
He was born July 11, 1938 in Mozer, WV and was the son of the late Verly Clay Westfall and Grace Sarah Susan (Shook) Westfall.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Samuel Clay Keiter; two brothers, Ernest Loy Westfall and Grover Eston Westfall and three sisters, Betty Weimer, Daisy Aldridge and Verda Patch.

Mr. Westfall was a lifelong truck driver and retired from Wampler Longacre Inc.

Larry is survived by his wife of 60 years, Norma R. (Whiteman) Westfall; one daughter, Beverly Keiter and husband Barry of Upper Tract, WV; two grandchildren, Jessica Keiter and Gabriel Keiter and special friend, Emmy Champ; four great grandchildren, Aubree Keiter, Joe Boucher and Cyrus Adkins, Grayson Hugh Gilbert; a special friend, Falon Keiter-Gilbert, one brother, Leroy Westfall of Harrisonburg, VA and several nieces and nephews.

In accordance to Mr. Westfall's wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Ours officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Inurnment will be private in the Westfall Family Cemetery, Mozer, WV.
