Lana Barnes Obituary
Lana Jean (Ketterman) Barnes, age 65, of Petersburg, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Grant County Nursing Home.
She was born December 20, 1948 in Petersburg, WV and was the daughter of the late Norma G. Ketterman.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Ronald Jackson Ketterman.
Lana Jean was a member of the Petersburg First Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Tammy D. Reed and husband Billy of Cabins, WV; five grandchildren, Felicia D. Reed, Dylan S. Reed, Brittany N. Reed, Cheyenne Walters and Hayden Walters; one sister, Barbara McDonald and husband Donald of Harrisonburg, VA; one niece, Lisa Lantz of Broadway, VA; one nephew, Mark McDonald of Harrisonburg, VA; five great nephews and cousin, Ann C. Kline of Waynesboro, VA.
Family will receive friends Friday from noon until 2 p.m. Funeral service will follow on Friday at 2 p.m. (November 7, 2014) at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Ewald officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Petersburg, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made to Charity of Choice.
