Joy Wimer Obituary

Joy Raye (Strawser) Wimer, age 60, of Beltsville, MD died Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD.
Mrs. Wimer was born November 18, 1955 in Oakland, MD and was a daughter of the late Norman Ellsworth Strawser and Twila Lee (Bell) Strawser.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, R. Wayne Wimer on June 1, 2012 who was formerly of Maysville, WV.

Surviving are one son, Craig Wimer of Beltsville, MD and one brother, David Strawser of Laurel, MD.

Funeral service will be Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Crislip officiating.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will be in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Maysville, WV.
