Barbara Lou Kimble, age 71, of Arthur, WV passed away Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013
at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born July 20, 1942 in Elkins, WV and was the daughter of the late Eston J. and Mildred (Mullenax) Kimble.
Mrs. Kimble graduated from Franklin High School in 1961. She was a member of the former Smoke Hole Church of God and attended Falls Assembly of God Church for several years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Wayne L. Kimble, four children, Stacey Kimble of Waynesboro, PA., Becky (Steve) Wood of Covington, VA., Dina (Scott) Smith of Petersburg, WV and Brian Kimble of Inwood, WV. six grandchildren, Evan and Chad Kimble, Kayla and Jessica Kopple and Justin and Lucas Smith; two brothers, Steve Kimble of Franklin, WV and Eston T. Kimble of Medley, WV and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Saturday 6-8 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Funeral service will be Sunday 2 p.m. (Sept 29th) at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Rev. Vivan Watts officiating. Interment will follow in the Lahmansville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Charity of the donors choice.
