Audrey Dodd Obituary

Audrey Leah Dodd, age 97, of Petersburg, WV passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017at the Grant Rehabilitation & Care Center in Petersburg.
She was born September 12, 1919 in Nitro, WV and was the daughter of the late Roy H. Cummings and Bessie (Grady) Cummings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gillie Edison Dodd in 2013; her daughter-in-law, Rebecca Dodd in 2014; one sister, Aileen Looney. Mrs. Dodd was the last member of her immediate family.

Mrs. Dodd is survived by her son, Gillie R. Dodd of Petersburg, WV; one daughter, Leann (Alton) Garten of Charleston, WV; four grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.

According to Mrs. Dodd's request, her body will be cremated. A private inurnment will be at a later date in the Cummings Family Cemetery in Walton, WV.
