Jesse Lee Judy, age 99 of Upper Tract, WV died Friday, October 15, 2010 at the Pendleton Manor, Franklin, WV He was born August 5, 1911 in Smoke Hole, WV and was the son of the late Henry Judy and Eliza (Champ) Judy. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Amanda (Conrad) Judy and second wife, Dorothy (Alt) Judy. He was also preceded by two daughters, Freda Alt and infant Rebecca Judy; one son, Delmar Judy; six sisters: Susan Kimble, Laura Self, Dora Moyers, Clara Rohrbaugh, Zernie Reed and infant Sarah Judy; five brothers: Vernon, Charlie, Arlie, Bert and Oce Judy and half brother, Grover Champ. He was the last member of his immediate family. Mr. Judy was a lifelong farmer and pipeliner and member of the Local Union 984, Clarksburg, WV. SURVIVING: Five sons: Berlan Judy and wife Beverly of Moorefield, WV Elden Judy and wife Mary of Petersburg, WV Paul L. Judy and wife Hilda of Upper Tract, WV Harlan Judy and wife Patricia of Lahmansville, WV Orville Judy of Upper Tract, WV Three daughters: Norma Brown and husband William of Sandston, VA Brenda Cook and husband Sonny of Upper Tract, WV Elaine Shreve and husband Cletus of Upper Tract, WV One step daughter: Neva Myers and husband Lonnie of Culpeper, VA 23 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren, 3 Step Grandchildren, and 6 Step Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. (Oct. 18th) at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Sam Harper officiating. Interment will be in the Cherry Hill Cemetery, Upper Tract, WV.
