Donald Lee Kindrick, age 84 of Lahmansville, WV died Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the E.A. Hawse Nursing and Rehab Center, Baker, WV He was born May 26, 1926 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was the son of the late George Kindrick and Gladys (Parks) Kindrick. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy and John Kindrick and one sister, Virginia Huffman. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Mr. Kindrick was a retired diesel mechanic. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Petersburg, WV. SURVIVING his wife of 39 years, Margarite (Porter) Kindrick Three sons: Douglas Kindrick of Petersburg, WV David Kindrick of Salt Lake City, Utah Dennis Kindrick of Boise, Idaho Nine Grandchildren and Twenty Great Grandchildren. Family will receive friends Tuesday 6-8 pm at the Schaeffer Funeral Home Funeral services will be on Wednesday 2 pm (Oct 13th) - Schaeffer Funeral Home with Bishop J. Stephen Kimble.
